If the job lives in Messenger, you will lose it. Photos sit in a thread. The estimator is in another thread. The customer thinks you ghosted them because the message request went to “Others.”
Keep Facebook for this
Posts, ads, “we’re in your zip after the storm.” That is marketing. It can die tomorrow and you still have a business.
Move this off Facebook
- Name, phone, vehicle, photos — one form or one text number.
- Status: scheduled, in bay, done, paid.
- Anything an insurance file might ask for later.
That can be a simple site form plus a sheet. It does not have to be a giant CRM on day one. It does have to be yours, not Meta’s inbox.
